One of Toyota’s best-selling and most popular vehicles on the road is once again set to get a few changes in almost every segment. We are talking about the Toyota’s well-know RAV4 model which will now appear with a hybrid unit under its hood. It is the brand new 2018 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid.

The Toyota RAV4 Hybrid belongs to compact SUV crossover segment and stands between larger Highlander and smaller new C-HR model. The standard model uses gasoline unit under its hood, but the new RAV4 will also offer a hybrid version.

What makes it so popular on the global market are its spacious cabin, plenty of modern technology and quality ride. Besides that, the new hybrid powertrain will show nice fuel efficiency which will make it even more appealing to the costumers. The new Toyota will be available in several trim levels. Those are: LE, SE, new Adventure, XLE, Limited and Platinum but here we will limit our story about the hybrid model which will not differ much aesthetically just under its hood.

After its release, the new RAV4 will compete against Mazda CX-5, Honda CR-V, Ford Escape and Kia Sportage.

All together they will be able to produce 194 horsepower. The Hybrid version will only come with all-wheel drive system.
