The Swedish carmaker is known for making beautiful sedans and great wagons but they also don’t stay behind with the production of the quality and good-looking SUVs as well. The Volvo manufacturer has started its small luxury crossover SUV lineup with the XC60 model back in 2010. However, during the years the well-known XC60 has gotten excellent safety equipment, several strong engines under its hood and spacious cabin so as the cargo room. The carmaker has recently revealed the all-new 2018 Volvo XC60 which has brought improvements in every segment of the vehicle. However, the Company is also announcing the latest 2019 Volvo XC60 which will most likely continue with the same design and changes which the 2018 model year has brought.
The Volvo XC60 represents the smaller version of the full-size XC90 SUV. Its exterior design is stylish, handsome and very eye-catching. The interior is also nicely designed and offers plenty of modern technologies. As well, the manufacturer also offers a wide range of luxury options. The safety is on the highest level too. In the engine department, the XC60 has two options but for the 2018 model year, there have been some upgrades.
So, the 2018 Volvo XC60 has arrived with a complete makeover this time. First of all, it has gotten a few visual adjustments in order to look more handsome and fresher. Inside the cabin, the rear passengers have gotten more room and therefore more comfortable ride. The equipment has been improved with more standard and optional luxurious features. When it comes to the engine, the XC60 will continue with the same engines as before. However, it will also introduce a new one. It is going to be a plug-in hybrid unit. It will be available in three different trims and those will be Momentum, R-Design, and Inscription.
For the newest 2019 Volvo XC60, we expect no changes since it has been just heavily refreshed and there was no need to change anything this time. Its main rivals on the market will include Audi Q5, Mercedes-Benz GLC Class, BMW X3 and Acura RDX.
